Digitally, once — your venue is approved once, not per night. You upload a valid trade licence in the app and keep it current.

Your Thursday, your capacity. The night always appears as “Hosted by [you]” — your name on the room.
The room comes to you
Members RSVP to your night in the app. You scan them in at the door and see exactly who came. Offline never sits in the payment path — it is a technology platform, not a merchant, agent or payment provider.

Every application is reviewed. If it’s a fit, you’ll get app access to set up your brand, accept the Host Terms, and publish your first session.
