Pitch the people who write cheques.

Pick an investor or angel in the app and request a pitching session — each one accepts or declines, and if they see a fit, you take it from there. Investors and angels are in the pool for deal flow, and list free — Offline never takes a success fee on a raise. Want reps first? The Pairing: the seat you can’t hire for.

A co-founder, a CTO, a CFO — the hire no job ad finds. Premium members organise the “speed dating”: members apply for a seat, free, and the organiser confirms who fills the room and invites the profiles that match the role. Any day, any venue — the organiser decides.

Asks: the desk, or the room.

Whatever the other rooms don’t cover. Ask the Offline desk privately to be guided to the right approved firm — or ask other Premium members for advice or help. A desk ask is routed to the right listed firm and a fixed quote comes back before anything starts. A room ask is seen by Premium members only, and whoever can help opens a private one-to-one conversation with you — help between members is exactly that, with no fee of any kind through Offline.

Everything above is what members get. This is the door for the firms on the other side of it — you don’t need a membership, and you don’t host events.

A lawyer, a corporate services provider, an accountant, a mentor, an introduction firm — the pool puts your firm in front of members at the exact moment they need you. A member brings the need, you quote a fixed fee in the app, and they accept or decline before any work starts. Members engage you directly and pay you directly. Commercial terms are agreed when your firm joins the pool.

An investor or angel is in the pool for deal flow, not fees: Premium founders request a pitching session, and you accept or decline each one. If the pitch convinces you, the raise — and everything after it — is between you and them.
