• Pitch investors: Pick an investor or angel in the app and request a pitching session — if they see a fit, you take it from there. Interest is never guaranteed; the door is.

A lawyer, a corporate services provider, an accountant, a mentor, an introduction firm — the pool puts your firm in front of members at the exact moment they need you. A member brings the need, you quote a fixed fee in the app, and they accept or decline before any work starts. Members engage you directly and pay you directly. Commercial terms are agreed when your firm joins the pool.

An investor or angel is in the pool for deal flow, not fees: Premium founders request a pitching session, and you accept or decline each one. If the pitch convinces you, the raise — and everything after it — is between you and them.
